Job summary

Loungers' Valero Lounge is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team. We’re seeking experienced Chef, Chef de Partie, Line Cook, Grill Chef to cook fresh food to spec, from tapas to all-day lounge breakfasts.

You’ll support the Head Chef, keep the kitchen spotless, follow allergen and safety rules, and work as part of a busy FOH team to deliver a great guest experience. We offer hourly pay + tips, staff meals, 50% discount from day one, and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen as a chef.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of food safety and allergen practices.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec, from tapas to all-day lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Collaborate with FOH to deliver a great guest experience.
