Job summary

Morro Lounge is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team. The role offers an hourly contract with up to 12.71/hour plus tips, paid breaks, and staff meals on every shift. Enjoy 50% off food & drinks from day one across all brands, plus Christmas and Boxing Day off.

Ideal candidates are energetic, punctual, and team players who can maintain high standards and work well under pressure, coordinating with FOH for a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
