Job summary

Loungers is hiring for Amparo Lounge to join our busy kitchen as a Chef (Chef de Partie / Line Chef). You’ll cook to spec across tapas and all-day options, supporting the Head Chef and maintaining high standards from prep to plate.

This role offers an hourly rate with tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and a 50% food and drinks discount from day one. We’re a growing brand with 300+ sites and flexible working patterns.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for real cooking and quality food.

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
