Enhance Catering is recruiting a Chef to support the catering operation at one of our client production sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fresh ingredients, upholds high standards and thrives within a supportive team.

You will cook Indian and Asian dishes, stay organised, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with food prep, service and section management to maintain quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience of cooking Indian and Asian cuisine.
• Production Chef experience beneficial.
• Driving license required or equivalent transport facilities.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking predominately Indian & Asian dishes.
• Preparing and cooking food to a consistently high standard following specs.
• Maintaining excellent food safety and health & safety standards.
• Helping with food prep, service, and section management.
• Ensuring your area is clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Working as part of a kitchen team.
• Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality of all dishes.

You will be a Chef with good cooking skills, good organisation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in producing dishes in bulk and supporting the team.

• Pay Rates: - £17 per hour
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8 hours per day | 6am-7am start time
