Job summary

Cosy Club Cardiff is looking for a Chef to join our festive kitchen, with a temporary Christmas contract. You'll work in a lively environment, enjoy a fair hourly rate with tips, and benefit from meals on shift, paid breaks, and weekends off every six weeks.

We prioritise work-life balance, provide fair rotas, 50% off food and drinks from day one at all three brands, and opportunities to extend the contract if performance allows.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to cook from scratch with fresh ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to specification.
• Support the kitchen team to maintain quality and consistency.

This position is available on a temporary Christmas contract. The details of the contract will be agreed upon with the hiring manager during the interview process. Any temporary contracts can be extended to permanent on the discretion of the hiring manager.
