Chartwells Independent is seeking an ambitious Chef for a full-time role at 40 hours per week, working nights, to deliver high-quality food experiences for DINE. You will lead kitchen operations, implement menus, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained, while supporting creative concepts and sustainable sourcing.

The ideal candidate holds City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, has supervisory experience, and a Food Hygiene certificate.

  • Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
  • Representing DINE and maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked.
  • Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.

Job description

We're currently recruiting an ambitious Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for DINE on a full time basis contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving the kind of food that truly brightens our clients' and customers' days, all within the market-leading food service company in the UK.   • Mon: Full-time (Nights)
  • Tues: Full-time (Nights)
  • Weds: Full-time (Nights)
  • Thurs: Full-time (Nights)
  • Fri: Full-time (Nights)

Please note: This role is contracted to weeks per year
