Job summary

Loungers’ Morro Lounge in Richmond is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team. Roles include Chef, Chef de Partie, Line Chef and Grill Chef; you will cook fresh tapas and all-day Lounge breakfasts.

You’ll earn up to £12.71/hr + tips with paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. A flexible hourly contract suits part-time, full-time, or flexible work seekers with evening/weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Reliable team member who communicates well and stays focused under pressure.
• Shows energy, pace and a positive attitude in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes to all-day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
