Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is assisting a school catering operation in recruiting a Chef Manager. The role leads the busy kitchen, manages people, food and budgets, delivering nutritious meals from Monday to Friday across 32.5 hours per week within 39 weeks of the year.

You will champion fresh ingredients, develop menus and uphold food safety and presentation standards while fostering a positive team culture on site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen or catering team.
• Strong background in fresh food and craft-based cooking.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities
