Chef Manager - Stoke-on-Trent

£30,604 per annum

Monday - Friday 7am - 3.30pm

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent.

Our passion lies in creating great-tasting menus, promoting sustainability, and working with local suppliers and communities. Our menus feature locally sourced, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients, with a target of reaching Climate Zero by 2030.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced Chef Manager to be responsible for managing the delivery and expectations across the site. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, commercially aware, and possess the personality to influence daily operations, maximize team performance, and lead by example with high standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Services: Breakfast, Lunch, Vending, Hospitality, and management of the onsite cleaning team
2. Leading the onsite catering team of 5
3. Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers
4. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and front of house environment
5. Ensuring proper use of all kitchen machinery and equipment
6. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
7. Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
8. Completing weekly reports and bookwork
9. Stock taking and ordering
