Job Description:

We're hiring – Business Developers (UK Healthcare Sector - NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, FULL TRAINING PROVIDED).

We’re currently looking for motivated individuals willing to gain experience in new business development and recruitment or have compliance experience in healthcare.

This is a remote, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. You’ll earn from every placement and every hour worked, with additional earnings when bringing in new clients, potentially earning between 3k to 5k just for that.

What’s involved:

  • Making outbound and taking inbound calls to existing and potential healthcare clients in the UK.
  • Managing your own desk – controlling your own time and client base.
  • Commission paid from your first placement or on new clients.
  • Flexible hours: part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time (35+ hours/week). The more hours worked, the higher the earning potential.
  • Support provided: outlook email, PABX telephone line, and full training for 1-2 weeks.
What we’re looking for:
  • Confidence on the phone, especially with UK-based clients.
  • Experience in retail or telesales; healthcare experience is an advantage.
  • No formal qualifications needed; a positive attitude, good phone skills, and motivation are key.
  • Full support and free training to help you succeed in healthcare recruitment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
