Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is recruiting a School Chef Manager for a busy secondary school in Surrey. You will lead a large catering operation, delivering fresh, nutritious meals to around 500 daily and 1,100 grab-and-go items, with a 42-week contract and daytime hours.

You’ll manage budgets, lead teams, develop menus, and ensure food safety and high service standards in a high-volume environment.

The Role

• Manage the daily school catering operation.
• Lead and develop the kitchen and service teams.

About You

• Secondary school catering experience is essential.
