Olive Dining Ltd in London is seeking a Chef Manager for a busy secondary school, to lead a team and deliver nutritious meals to around 500 pupils each day.

The role runs Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm, term time (41 weeks), with a 40-hour week and a starting salary of £38,000.

You will oversee kitchen operations, manage allergens and stock, and build strong relationships with students, staff and parents, in a family-friendly, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach.
• Understanding of good food hygiene and health and safety.
• Sous chef or Chef Manager experience within education (preferred, not essential)

Responsabilités

• Feed approximately 500 students daily.
• Manage a team of 6.
• Build rapport with children, staff and parents.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including allergens, stock and ordering.

The Role:

• Chef Manager - Secondary School
• Monday to Friday
• 7am - 3pm ( 40 Hours )
• Term time only ( 41 weeks )
