Job Title: Chef Manager

Location: Leamington Spa - CV32 6RJ

Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 7am to 3.30pm

Come and join us as a Chef Manager working in a large, flagship B&I contract in Leamington Spa. The site offers hospitality, barista coffee with everything made on site including bread. This site also has it’s own greenhouse and vegetable patch. We need a real foodie who wants to develop and grow their career with us!

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team of 5 by creating an environment in which they can perform at their best

• Ensure we deliver the best catering service within budget

• Create a high-quality service and food offering so that it constantly exceeds customers’ expectations.

• Design exciting and innovative menus and cook exceptional food to the highest standards.

• Always ensure compliance with all Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and other regulations, policies and procedures.

• Build and maintain excellent client and customer relationships so that you work in partnership and deliver a service that meets their needs.
