Job summary

Enhance Catering in Bristol is seeking a confident Chef Manager to lead a large kitchen operation across multiple education outlets, delivering high‑quality meals at volume.

You will drive a 45‑hour week (6.30am to 3.30pm or 7.00am to 4pm), manage a team of cooks, ensure food safety standards, and maintain excellent relationships with onsite stakeholders.

The role offers industry leading pay (£35,000 p.a.) and benefits including DBS access and industry qualifications.

Enhance Catering is supporting a valued client in recruiting a Chef Manager to support the catering operations at there multi-outlet education establishments in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, hands‑on chef who enjoys leading a team, working with fresh ingredients, and delivering a high‑quality food service.

You will be an experienced Chef Manager or Strong Head Chef ready to step up, with excellent cooking and people‑management skills. You take pride in running a well‑organised, efficient kitchen and are confident producing high‑quality meals at volume.

Essential Requirement for this role:

• Commute time within an hour of Bristol (must be able to drive)
• Previous Head Chef or Chef Manager experience (ideally high volume B&I, Education or healthcare)
