Salary: £33,000 - £35,000

We are looking for a Chef Manager for a small site in North West London. This is a 6/7 day site, with core days Monday to Friday, but flexibility is required as weekends are needed and split with the Chef Manager. The contract is for 40 hours per week, with the option of doing a 6th day paid as overtime or having another day off during the week.

The Deputy Chef Manager will cater for breakfast and lunch services, working in a team of 4 in the kitchen and an overall team of 7. You will cater for up to 300 people daily, with options including Hot Meat, Veg/Vegan, and Salad Bar.

Responsibilities include ordering, health & safety, allergen knowledge, and assisting with stock takes. Working hours are 6am to 2pm or 7:30am to 4pm on a rotating shift, requiring flexibility and ability to travel to NW London for a 6am start.

Parking is not available on site, but space is available for motorbikes or bicycles. The nearest tube station is about a 10-minute walk away.

Ideal candidates will have experience leading small teams, confidence in kitchen operations, and a background in contract catering is preferred but not essential.
