An opportunity has become available to join the Olive Team at one of our prestigious sites in Telford, TF2 9NS.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday

Starting Salary: £32K per annum

What you'll be doing as a Chef Manager:

• Ensuring the provision of food and beverages to the highest standard within the financial limitations set for your contract.
• Complying with all company policies and regulations regarding health, safety, and environmental management, and maintaining high standards of kitchen practice and hygiene.
• Maintaining the smooth running of the contract at all times.
• Controlling menu planning, production levels, food costing, ordering, and stock control as appropriate.

Our ideal Chef Manager should:

• Be passionate about providing excellent food and able to work effectively within a team.
• Possess excellent culinary skills and be aware of current food trends to ensure an innovative and imaginative food offer.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be financially astute, and numerically capable to achieve budgetary targets.
• Be passionate about providing outstanding food and customer service, with first-class skills in these areas. Ability to drive the business forward with high standards and attention to detail. Computer literacy in Word and Excel is required.
• Possess team leadership qualities, with knowledge of health & safety requirements. Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds 706/1, 706/2 or similar NVQ are required; Food Safety Level 3 is desirable.
