Job summary

Sanctuary Care Limited in Bromsgrove seeks an experienced Chef Manager to lead the kitchen, work with the catering team, and deliver nutritious, restaurant-quality meals for older residents with balanced hours.

You will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensure dietary requirements are met, and drive food safety and cost control in a supportive, values-driven environment.

We’re excited to welcome an experienced Chef Manager to lead our culinary team at Breme Residential Care Home in 46 Providence Road, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire B61 8EF, delivering nutritious, restaurant-quality meals without the long hours or split shifts often found in hospitality. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your culinary skills, creativity, and standards really matter, within a structured environment that supports balance and stability.
