Job summary

Basingstoke College of Technology is seeking a Chef Manager to lead our in-house catering team, overseeing the refectory, coffee shop and internal hospitality services. You will supervise food preparation, shape menus, manage procurement and till systems, and ensure high standards of hygiene, safety and financial performance for students, staff and visitors.
