Plough Cuffley in Potters Bar is seeking a Chef to join our family-run pub group. Live-in accommodation may be available; you’ll cook rotisserie chicken, chargrilled meats and pub classics to a high standard and ensure food hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience essential
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen
• Good communication and calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving our menu to a high standard as per company specification to ensure our guests return again and again
• Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards within the business and completion of company paperwork with regards to such standards
• Receiving deliveries and maintaining the correct storage of food
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
