McMullen’s is seeking a Chef to join Chicken & Grill pubs, part of our long-established family-run business where guests come first and quality is paramount.

You will deliver delicious rotisserie chicken, chargrilled meats and pub classics to a high standard, while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Qualifications

• Previous experience of working within a busy kitchen is essential.
• Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Receiving deliveries and maintaining correct storage of food.

• Maintaining and cleaning a safe kitchen environment.
• Communicating effectively and remaining calm under pressure.
