Job summary

Coastland College in Weymouth seeks two Chef Lecturers to join our Catering & Hospitality team. You’ll deliver practical and theory lessons to 16–18 learners in our professional kitchens and commercial training restaurant, guiding them to industry readiness.

You will bring substantial hospitality experience, hold an Assessor qualification and a Level 3 teaching qualification, and be committed to developing learners and industry links.

Candidates should be passionate about developing learners and maintaining strong links with industry practice.Working PatternThe hospitality industry operates beyond traditional working hours, and our provision reflects this.
