Job summary

Matchtech is recruiting a Chef Learning Coach to join a leading UK training provider. This role combines hospitality expertise with training and development to help learners reach their potential through innovative learning strategies.

You will coach learners in workplace settings, guiding them through apprenticeship standards while leveraging your industry experience to deliver high-quality training and support. A positive learning environment and ongoing CPD are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Pro-cookery qualification or fresh food cooking experience.
• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality.
• Desirable: Front-of-House (FOH) experience.
• Extensive vocational experience within a high-end establishment (Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie).
• Experience in preparing, cooking and finishing a wide range of fresh and seasonal dishes.
• Ability to work under pressure in demanding environments.
• Strong communication and self-motivation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
