Job summary
Join Ty Grosvenor in Wrexham as a Chef at Elysium Healthcare. You will lead an established kitchen team, oversee large-scale meal production for staff and service users, and ensure meals meet dietary needs.

Qualifications

- Manage stock and catering equipment
- Supervise staff rotas and overtime
- Assist monthly audits of catering provision
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day management of the catering team
- Ensure meals meet nutritional and dietary needs
- Provide meals to staff and visitors in line with policies
- Lead menu planning within budgetary restraints
- Report maintenance/servicing needs to Facilities Manager
- Develop seasonal menu items for quality food
- Respond to complaints and assist investigations
- Manage production area stocks and equipment
- Plan agency and overtime coverage within budgets
- Assist with monthly audits of catering provision
