Elysium Healthcare's Stanley House is seeking a Chef to join a dedicated kitchen team in Bosbury, Herefordshire. You will craft daily meals for residents, staff and visitors, lead with the Head Chef and train peers while delivering high standards and healthy options.

You'll manage menus, costings and stock control, adhere to safety and HACCP protocols, and help plan occasions from conferences to events, with a supportive, community-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent English required.
• Basic Food Hygiene (essential); intermediate hygiene desirable.
• Menu planning, costing, ordering, stock control and budget experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Maintain food storage procedures and stock rotation.
• Plan and cook meals to a high standard, accommodating dietary needs.
• Serve meals to residents, staff and visitors in a professional manner.
• Assist with costings and budget controls.
• Develop menus and healthy eating options.
