Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring for a Chef to join the kitchen team at Albero Lounge. The role involves cooking to spec, supporting the Head Chef, and maintaining high standards across prep and service. You’ll work as part of a busy, friendly team in a growing brand with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to work as part of a team and deliver high-quality dishes.
• Knowledge of food safety and allergen processes.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec from tapas to all-day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
