Juice Hospitality Ltd is seeking a Chef de Rang for a beautiful country house hotel. You will be responsible for your own section, delivering attentive service from arrival to departure and upholding high standards of presentation and guest care.

You don’t need to have held the title before; this could suit an experienced waiter or waitress seeking a more senior role. A friendly manner, reliability and a willingness to learn are essential as you work closely with the kitchen and restaurant team.

Formación

We’re recruiting for a Chef de Rang at a beautiful country house hotel. If you enjoy looking after guests and want more responsibility, this could be the move for you.

“Chef de Rang” simply means taking responsibility for your own section of the restaurant, making sure your guests receive friendly, attentive service from arrival to departure.

Staff accommodation

Staff accommodation is available in a two-bedroom flat, making this an option if you’re looking to relocate. Accommodation arrangements and costs will be explained before you commit.

Who we’re looking for

• You’ll already have experience serving guests in a restaurant or hotel, feel confident managing tables and take pride in getting the details right.
• You don’t need to have held the title of Chef de Rang before. This could suit an experienced waiter or waitress looking to step into a more senior role.
• A friendly manner, reliability and a willingness to learn are essential.
