Job summary

Chefs by Constellation in Manchester is seeking a committed Chef de Partie to join our growing team at premier venues across the UK, including at Manchester United. You will run your section, cook dishes to high standards, and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

The role offers flexible shifts, weekly pay, and ongoing training with progression opportunities, with DBS as part of onboarding where required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to progress.
• Solid culinary knowledge and practical cooking skills.
• Ability to work independently within your section.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Positive, reliable, and able to perform under pressure.
• DBS check is required; onboarding will arrange DBS if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Run your section confidently during service.
• Prepare and cook dishes to high standards.
• Support the wider kitchen team during busy periods.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
• Deliver quality, consistency and attention to detail.
