Job summary

Chefs by Constellation is recruiting experienced Sous Chefs to support and lead kitchen teams across Manchester United venues. You will work with Head and Lead Chefs to uphold premium standards in hospitality, banqueting, and large-scale catering.

The role offers flexible working opportunities, career progression, and exposure to major events at top UK venues. DBS may be required during onboarding, arranged by Chefs by Constellation where applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef.
• Strong culinary skills across a range of service styles.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Calm, proactive and solution-focused under pressure.
• DBS required. Where applicable, this will be arranged during onboarding.

Chefs by Constellation is Constellation's new dedicated culinary division, recruiting and developing chefs from commis to lead chefs. With opportunities across the UK, from intimate pop-up hospitality venues to major sporting events, racecourses and world-class fine dining events.

We're seeking experienced Sous Chefs to support and lead kitchen teams across Manchester United

You'll work alongside Head and Lead Chefs to deliver exceptional standards across premium hospitality, banqueting, fine dining and large-scale catering operations.
