Compass Group UK is seeking a Chef de Partie at our Dine operation in Worksop. This part-time role contracts to 12 hours per week with an hourly rate of £13.47. Friday and Sunday shifts run early morning to mid-morning, supporting the kitchen team to produce high-quality dishes.

You will join a team focused on consistent, customer-focused dining experiences and adherence to food safety standards, with opportunities to progress within a market-leading food service company.

Location: Worksop

Working Pattern: Friday: 6:30am - 1:30pm, Sunday: 5:30am - 11:00am

We're currently recruiting a passionate Chef de Partie to bring the flavour to DINE on a part time basis, contracted to 12 hours per week.

As a Chef de Partie, you will support our talented culinary teams in preparing and serving the delicious food we're known for! You'll help to keep our clients and customers smiling with dining experiences that align with popular tastes and dietary requirements, and in return, you'll have the opportunity to progress your culinary career in a market-leading food service company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-quality food that brightens our customers day
• Working in a team to prepare and serve delicious meals
• Seeking opportunities to improve our menus and food services
• Maintaining a positive brand image through exemplary customer service
• Recording and reducing food waste levels
• Supporting with all kitchen organisation, stocking, and cleaning responsibilities
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
