Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie with accommodation available. The role offers a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC and an on-target earnings of £15–£16 per hour (including TRONC).

Ideal candidates will have a passion for quality, be able to work across at least two kitchen sections, and follow recipes. Heartwood Collection is an award-winning hospitality group with plans for growth.

Qualifications

• Deliver great quality and fresh food.
• Able to work across at least two kitchen sections and follow recipes.
• 3–4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and classical cooking techniques.
