Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role offers a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour with TRONC and potential On Target Earnings of £15–£16 per hour including TRONC.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
