Heartwood Inns Ltd is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team across our cosy Heartwood pubs and brasseries. You will work across multiple sections, delivering high-quality, seasonal dishes with strong knife skills and classical techniques.

The role offers a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC, with On Target Earnings £14.50–£15 including TRONC. We provide Stepping Stones training, EarlyPay access, extensive staff discounts, and a supportive environment as we expand our estate.

Qualifications

• Essential: 3-4 years progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and classical cooking techniques.
• Able to work across multiple kitchen sections and follow recipes to brand standards.
