Chef de Partie - Sous Chef (live-in may be available) required for our client, a restaurant with wedding, function, and events space, recently opened in the Croydon area.

Role Overview

As Chef de Partie - Sous Chef, the ideal candidate will have previous restaurant and banqueting experience, with a passion and enthusiasm for their work. This role requires working on weekends, with the restaurant closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Responsibilities

1. Assist the Head Chef in ensuring smooth service delivery to maintain standards and reputation.
2. Work hands-on with fresh produce, demonstrating good kitchen management skills, including health and safety, and cost control.

Compensation
