Chef de Partie - Sous Chef (live-in may be available) required for our client, a restaurant with wedding, function, and events space, recently opened in the Croydon area.
As Chef de Partie - Sous Chef, the ideal candidate will have previous restaurant and banqueting experience, with a passion and enthusiasm for their work. This role requires working on weekends, with the restaurant closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The salary for this position is competitive, comprising a basic salary plus a share of tips.
