You will learn from passionate chefs, mentor apprentices, and contribute to menu development in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie.
• Strong technical cooking skills.
• Genuine passion for seasonal, locally sourced food.
• Confidence leading a section.
• Positive, team-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn, develop and inspire others.
