Qualifications

• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or lifestyle brand.
• Strong guest service orientation and a polished communication style.
• Ability to work in a team and also independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement high-quality dishes following recipes and standards.
• Lead junior chefs under supervision of Head/Senior Sous Sous Chef.
• Ensure food safety, proper portioning, and fresh ingredients.
• Monitor inventory and assist in ordering as needed.
• Collaborate with culinary team to develop and test new dishes.
• Maintain hygiene and safety compliance in the kitchen.
