Job summary

Vacherin in London’s Mayfair is seeking a Chef de Partie to join an award-winning hospitality team. The role involves supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef, managing your section, and delivering high-quality food for about 250-300 covers daily.

You’ll work a Monday–Friday pattern from 7:00 to 17:30, with flexibility for events. Ideal candidates have previous Chef de Partie experience in busy catering or hospitality environments, strong organisation, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy catering or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality retail food offer.
• Manage your section independently ensuring consistent food quality and presentation.
• Assist in producing fresh, appealing food for 250-300 covers per day.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Work within a small kitchen team and contribute to a positive environment.
• Support stock control, ordering and minimising food waste.
• Demonstrate flexibility to meet a busy Monday to Friday operation.
• Act as a team player across all kitchen areas.
• Ensure all food is prepared and served to company standards.
