Job summary

Vacherin is recruiting for a Retail Chef De Partie to work at a prestigious Banking Firm in London. The role runs 7:00am - 3:30pm, with a salary of £35,000 per annum. You will prepare delicious, high-quality food, oversee menu changes, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a Food Hygiene certificate, experience in a similar chef role, and a flexible approach to working.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food that delights clients and customers.
• Oversee and implement menu changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve food services.
• Listen to customer feedback to improve services.
• Support creation of new menus and concepts.
• Represent CH&CO and maintain a positive brand image.
• Monitor inventories to keep kitchens well-stocked.
• Oversee kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene.
• Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations.
