Responsibilities

• Run your section during service and ensure consistency in every dish.
• Prep and cook to BAO standards with strong attention to detail.
• Keep section clean and maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support junior team members and communicate clearly with the pass.
• Take ownership of prep list and contribute to team success.
