Emberwood, a destination restaurant in Bath, part of the Sutton Hotel Collection, is seeking a Chef De Partie. The role is onsite with shifts across five days a week, and the package includes a salary of £33,950–£39,950 (OTE) per annum with a basic of £33,950 plus around £6,000 Tronc.

• Pastry experience would be a real advantage, as the role will include a few pastry shifts each week and providing cover for our Pastry Chef during days off and holidays.
