Job summary

The Landmark London Hotel is seeking a passionate Chef De Partie to join our Kitchen Team on a permanent basis, located opposite Marylebone station. This role involves supporting the pastry department across multiple sections and ensuring high standards of service to our guests.

You will work a 40-hour week on a shift rota and be eligible to work in the UK. We offer a supportive, energetic work environment and opportunities for development within a luxury five-star hotel.

Qualifications

• Duties include working both individually and as part of a team to ensure correct preparation of MEP and pastry service.
• Ability to work across multiple sections with consistency and accuracy (e.g., afternoon tea, banqueting, ALC).
• Provide direction to junior chefs and assist with their development and knowledge transfer.
• Produce and deliver high-standard dishes with consistency in a luxury setting.

• To work as an individual and as part of a team by taking ownership for the correct preparation of MEP and service for the pastry department.
• Ability to work in multiple sections with consistency and accuracy (i.e., afternoon tea, banqueting, ALC).
• To give direction to junior chefs and assist with their development, pass on your knowledge & experience.
• Ability to produce & deliver high standard food dishes with consistency.
• Proven experience to work at volume within a luxury 5 stars hotel pastry kitchen operation.
