Job summary

The Bull Pen at Battlers Green Farm is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead their section during service and support the Head Chef in delivering high‑quality dishes. This hands-on role suits someone who loves fresh, seasonal ingredients and thrives in a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi ready to step up.
• Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run your section efficiently during service.
• Prepare and cook dishes to spec and standards.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assist with prep, stock control, and minimising waste.
• Support junior chefs and work collaboratively across sections.
• Contribute ideas to menu development when appropriate.
