Job summary

The Fox & Pelican, a Fuller’s pub in Grayshott near Kingswood Firs, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen team. You’ll help prepare fresh dishes from seasonal local produce while supporting senior chefs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen handling fresh, seasonal produce.
• Ability to work under pressure in a pub/restaurant setting.
• Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh dishes to standard and timing in a fast-paced pub kitchen.
• Support senior chefs and maintain high levels of cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with stock, plating and menu execution during service.
