We are passionate about great food and coffee, and prioritise our employees and customers in everything we do. We are currently recruiting for a CDP at LBG Harbourside to join our friendly team.

Location:

Lloyds Banking Group Head Office - Harbourside, Bristol City Centre

Rate of Pay:

£13.60 per hour

Working Pattern:

37.5 hours per week, 7am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday (Office hours only!)

About The Role:

We are excited to launch our Quick Service Diner concept at Lloyds Banking Group Harbourside, Bristol. This new food offer complements the fresh look of the Lloyds flagship office building. Our food offer includes weekly hot counter "Pop Ups" with dishes from our Pizza and Rotisserie stations, a Fresh Baked Goods Chef’s table, and daily office hospitality menus.

As our CDP, you will be hands-on in the kitchen and restaurant, using fresh ingredients to create daily Gather & Gather menus.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare food from seasonally changing menus.
  2. Prepare, produce, and serve food to the required standard in a timely manner.
  3. Promote effective teamwork and communication among colleagues.
  4. Ensure compliance with HACCP, food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  5. Strive to exceed standards, promote improvements, and enhance client feedback.
  6. Maintain operational standards of the kitchen.
  7. Manage your own kitchen section.
  8. Take responsibility for all kitchen operations.
  9. Record food temperatures and prepare reports.
  10. Maintain a professional and friendly image with clients and customers.
  11. Work effectively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
