The Genuine Dining Co. in London seeks a talented Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team. You will deliver high-quality meals, work Monday to Friday, and contribute to a busy, customer-focused environment that values creativity and passion for food.

You will ensure food safety, support menu development, and mentor junior staff while upholding our commitment to fresh, seasonal dishes and exceptional dining experiences across our hospitality spaces.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong progression from Commis Chef.
• Solid knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Understanding of food safety, allergen management and HACCP procedures.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to supervise and support junior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards.
• Assist in menu planning and development with innovative ideas.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor stock levels and report ordering needs.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Own a designated kitchen section and ensure high-quality presentation.
