Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie is required.
• Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene procedures.

Responsibilities

• Running and managing your designated section during service.
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to specification.
• Supporting junior chefs and helping develop team members.
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Monitoring stock levels and minimising food waste.
