The Beefy Boys Cambridge is on the hunt for a Chef de Partie who loves burgers and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. You will own your station, cook patties to perfection, and help deliver world-class burgers every shift.

Qualifications

• Team player who can work with Head Chef and Sous Chefs to run your section smoothly.
• Ensure every dish is cooked to perfection and leave only 10/10 results.
• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen with grilling, assembling and plating.

Responsibilities

• Cook and oversee your section to create world-class burgers.
• Grill, assemble and plate dishes to ensure presentation and quality.
• Maintain station hygiene and keep the pass clean during service.
• Manage ingredients for your section and ensure stock readiness for service.
• Work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen to deliver high-quality food.
