5 Hertford Street is a beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley, located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, providing the utmost comfort where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.

We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team in the Upper Floor Kitchen.

• Preparation of all food items on the restaurant menu during service
• Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner mise-en-place

Profile

• Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or private members' club is advantageous.

Working Hours:

This role involves evening shifts only, starting around 2-3 pm, with 7 shifts a week.

The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays, and throughout Christmas each year.
