Job description

The Biltmore Mayfair offers an exciting and unique opportunity for a passionate and experienced Chef De Partie to join its fantastic team.

As a Chef De Partie, you are responsible for supporting the Executive, Head, Sous Chefs, and Junior Sous Chefs in a busy hotel kitchen, delivering consistently high-quality food, meeting deadlines, adhering to HACCP regulations, and mentoring junior staff members.

Responsibilities include:

1. Carrying out food preparation as specified by the senior chef on duty.
2. Working on different sections of the kitchen.
3. Producing tasty, visually appealing dishes and ensuring menu consistency.
4. Preparing food hygienically and safely at all times.
5. Storing and maintaining food at correct temperatures.
6. Minimizing food waste.
7. Working various shifts, including weekends, days, mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Key Information:

Hours of work: 48 hrs weekly

Location: Bond Street tube station
