As a Chef De Partie, you are responsible for supporting the Executive, Head, Sous Chefs, and Junior Sous Chefs in a busy hotel kitchen, delivering consistently high-quality food, meeting deadlines, adhering to HACCP regulations, and mentoring junior staff members.
