Classic Lodges Limited is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie for The Old Swan Hotel in Harrogate. You will join a busy hotel kitchen, producing high-quality seasonal dishes and supporting senior chefs.

The role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for progression within a reputable hospitality group. You will manage a section, maintain high standards of food hygiene, and work closely with front-of-house teams to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• CDP experience in a busy kitchen
• Level 2 Food Hygiene or willing to achieve
• Strong teamwork and communication
• Ability to work under pressure during service
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to Head Chef standards
• Manage a designated section during service
• Coach and supervise junior kitchen staff
• Maintain food safety and HACCP compliance
• Monitor stock and assist with deliveries
• Assist with menu planning and costing
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Report equipment and maintenance issues promptly
