Job summary

The Waterhead Inn in Ambleside is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a section with a genuine passion for food and flawless presentation. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional dishes from start to finish and upholding high kitchen standards.

You will oversee food safety, storage and adherence to legislation, while collaborating with the team to maintain efficiency and quality in a busy pub kitchen. Accommodation is provided for colleagues, supporting your work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Passion for food and presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety and current legislation.

You'll work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items timely and maintaining a clean working station.
